Programs We Support                            

In 2009-2010, CEF is supporting three major programs:

1.    Music – Kathy Fisher returns to teach music to all Chaparral children

2.    Counseling/Support Services – Molly Engblom returns to support all students with counseling and many, many support programs

3.    ART CORPS TM art instruction is provided through this volunteer program. Parent volunteers learn art lessons from ART CORPSTM and then teach our kids. All materials and supplies are provided.

ART CORPSTM

ART CORPSTM is a comprehensive, developmental curriculum that teaches artistic fundamentals by bringing process-oriented, hands on art experience to the classroom. A team of dedicated volunteers presents art lessons to every student in every classroom. 

If you would like to be a part of ART CORPSTM, please contact Kathy Provoast.  No art experience is needed, training and supplies are all provided.  All you need is a willingness to have fun!

Every year the students' artwork is featured in an art show.  Watch for announcements about the date and time for the 2009-2010 Art Show.
